- Incoming calls are never capped. Outgoing calls run at the pace shown on each plan: 1 at a time and 50 an hour on pay as you go.
- Included
- Answering calls, outbound campaigns, appointments, reminders, agents, voices, call recordings and transcripts, on every plan.
- Campaigns
- Outbound campaigns open up after your first top-up. Demo credits cover test calls to your own number.
- Minutes
- Deducted by actual call time, counted to the second. Run out and extra minutes bill at the pay-as-you-go rate, so calls never stop. No rollover.
- Billing
- No card on file, and no auto-charge unless you turn it on. Cancel anytime — your minutes stay usable until the period ends.
- API
- API keys, webhooks, listings and connected apps (ChatGPT, Claude) are available on Business and Scale.
- Switching
- Upgrades apply right away: you pay the prorated difference and get the same share of the extra minutes, with the full monthly allowance from your next renewal. Downgrades take effect at the end of your period — if you're above the smaller plan's locations or seats, remove what you no longer need first.
Questions
Before you start
- Can it handle emergency call-outs?
- It can put urgent calls through to your mobile, or whoever is on call, using the numbers you list. Write in its notes what counts as urgent.
- Can it book quote visits?
- Yes. Set up a quote visit as a service and it books it like any other appointment.
- Does it work with Australian numbers?
- Yes. We can give you an Australian mobile number, starting 04, which needs a plan. Or connect the number you have, if it's with Telnyx, Twilio or another internet phone (SIP) provider.
- Can I choose the voice?
- Yes. There's a choice of voices, and you can hear each one on a test call before your number goes live.
- Does it speak other languages?
- It can reply in the caller's language. Which languages it speaks depends on the voice you choose.
- Does it take voicemail?
- There's no voicemail box. It answers the call instead, and every call gets a transcript and a summary.
- Can it take payments?
- No. It only quotes prices you've written into its notes.
- How am I billed?
- A small platform fee per minute plus AI usage at cost, from a prepaid balance. New accounts get $5 of credit, and plans are optional.
