No. Credits you top up stay in your wallet until you spend them. We don't use expiry as a revenue lever — it's your money.

English and Spanish are live today. Our voice agent can handle more — we're rolling them out through the beta based on what customers ask for. If a specific language matters to you, tell us.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — new signups get $5 in demo credits (~60 minutes of AI calls), enough to try everything: inbound AI calls, outbound campaigns, reminders, multi-branch, API keys, and the appointments + contacts + calendar surface. Nothing is locked behind a tier. After the demo credits, you pay as you go — a small per-minute fee plus the actual AI cost of each call from your prepaid wallet — or add an optional plan for bundled minutes. No card required, no auto-charge.

Can I use my existing phone number?

Yes. Most customers point their existing SIP trunk at Rindee in under 10 minutes. We publish setup guides for Telnyx and Twilio.

Does Rindee work outside business hours?

Inbound picks up at any hour, in any timezone. Outbound respects the business hours you configure per branch — no 2am calls. Every call is logged with a full transcript so you can catch up in the morning.
