Calls: Incoming calls are never capped. Outgoing calls run at the pace shown on each plan: 1 at a time and 50 an hour on pay as you go.
Included: Answering calls, outbound campaigns, appointments, reminders, agents, voices, call recordings and transcripts, on every plan.
Campaigns: Outbound campaigns open up after your first top-up. Demo credits cover test calls to your own number.
Minutes: Deducted by actual call time, counted to the second. Run out and extra minutes bill at the pay-as-you-go rate, so calls never stop. No rollover.
Billing: No card on file, and no auto-charge unless you turn it on. Cancel anytime — your minutes stay usable until the period ends.
API: API keys, webhooks, listings and connected apps (ChatGPT, Claude) are available on Business and Scale.
