Three ways to book
Staff use the admin UI. Your apps use the REST API with an API key. The AI books on chat or on call. Every event is tagged with its source — staff, api, ai_chat, or ai_call — so you always see where it came from.
REST API for events
POST, GET, PATCH, DELETE on /v1/events with API key auth. Validates branch, service, and member; checks availability. Embed in your existing tools without ever touching the AI side.
Optional Google Calendar sync
Link a Google Calendar and events sync both ways — handy for staff who already live in GCal. Skip it and Rindee runs fine on its own. Outlook / Microsoft 365 isn't supported yet.
It captures the details each booking needs.
