Terms of service
Last updated: August 6, 2026. These terms govern your use of Rindee. Please read them carefully — the section on top-ups is strict.
Introduction & acceptance
Welcome to Rindee. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rindee AI calling service, admin dashboard, APIs, and related software (collectively, the "Service") operated by Rindee LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, United States ("Rindee", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accounts & responsibilities
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws — including telecommunications regulations, consumer-protection rules, and data-protection laws in every jurisdiction where you place or receive calls. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Credits, top-ups & billing
Rindee runs on a prepaid balance. You top up an amount of your choosing; that balance is debited as you use paid features (AI calls, SMS, reminders, outbound campaigns). By default you pay as you go — a small per-minute fee plus the actual AI cost of each call. You may optionally subscribe to a prepaid minute plan, which is purchased and renewed by debiting your balance for a fixed amount each 30-day period; when plan minutes are exhausted, additional usage bills from your balance at the pay-as-you-go rate. No feature is gated behind a plan — all features are available on pay-as-you-go and on every plan. There is no card on file and no automatic card charge.
New signups receive $5 in demo credits as a one-time welcome balance. You may cancel a plan at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal, and your remaining plan minutes stay usable until the current period ends, after which the organisation returns to pay-as-you-go. Your data and any remaining balance are preserved.
Pricing for paid features may change from time to time. Material changes will be announced on your account dashboard or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
Paying by stablecoin. Where we offer it, you may top up by sending USDC or USDT on the Ethereum network to the receiving address shown in your account. That address is a receiving address belonging to Rindee, not an account, wallet, or asset holding maintained for you — Rindee does not custody, store, hold, or control digital assets on behalf of customers. Title to any stablecoin you send passes to Rindee on receipt, and in exchange your balance is credited with the corresponding service credit. You have no claim to the digital assets themselves, no right to have them returned, converted, or forwarded, and no right to direct them to any address. Only the account holder may fund their own balance; do not send funds on behalf of, or at the direction of, anyone else. Send only USDC or USDT on Ethereum — anything else will not be credited and may be permanently unrecoverable.
Refunds & cancellation
Unused credits stay on your balance and can be spent on any paid feature until the account is closed. Plan purchases and renewals are debited from your balance and, like top-ups, are non-refundable; cancelling a plan stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
You may cancel your account at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops future usage but does not entitle you to a refund of past top-ups or any remaining balance.
Acceptable use & carrier responsibilities
You are solely responsible for obtaining the consents required to place automated or AI-initiated calls and messages in the jurisdictions where your recipients are located. This includes (without limitation) honoring do-not-call registries, opt-out requests, and any identification or disclosure requirements that apply to your calls.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- place calls or send messages that violate applicable law, including anti-spam, anti-fraud, and consumer-protection statutes
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
- transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or harmful
- reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our prior written consent
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the underlying infrastructure
When you bring your own carrier (Telnyx, Twilio, or similar) you remain responsible for your relationship with that carrier, including all telephony charges and compliance with their acceptable-use policies.
Sanctions & restricted jurisdictions
Rindee LLC is a United States company and is required to comply with the economic sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and with applicable export-control laws.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant, on your own behalf and on behalf of the organisation you register, that:
- you are not named on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List or any other restricted-party list maintained by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Nations
- you are not owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by any such person, and are not acting on behalf of one
- you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of a country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions — currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine
- you will not use the Service to place or receive calls on behalf of any person described above, and will not make the Service available to them
We may screen you, your organisation, your network address, and any payment we receive against sanctions lists and location data, at signup and at any time afterwards. We may refuse a signup, withhold a credit, suspend the Service, or terminate your account where we determine — in our sole discretion and without liability to you — that doing so is necessary to comply with these laws. Where the law requires it, we must freeze rather than return the property concerned, and report it to the relevant authority. A payment we are obliged to freeze will not be credited to your balance and cannot be returned to you unless and until we are authorised to release it.
These obligations apply regardless of where you are located and regardless of how you pay. If any representation above stops being true, you must stop using the Service and tell us immediately.
Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, software, and trademarks are and remain the exclusive property of Rindee and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload (contact lists, recordings, transcripts, etc.), and grant Rindee a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rindee and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Rindee in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if continued provision of the Service would expose Rindee to legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law) will survive.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved before the competent courts located in the State of Missouri.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice in the Service. By continuing to use the Service after the revised Terms take effect, you agree to be bound by them.
